板子的供电正常，5V出来得到3.29V和1.89V，电压稳定，测量JTAG口的 EMU0和EMU1得到电压是3.29V，接的上拉电阻是4.7K，请问是什么原因导致的连接失败？请大神指导，谢谢！

擦除flash时发生复位，会使pwl中的值为0，导致flash被锁死。
若板子供电正常，检查焊接无问题。可通过目标配置里面启动相应配置文件，然后选择连接目标，连上目标板后，在tools里面选择on chip flash，把芯片解锁后擦除芯片程序试一下。
