MSPM0L1306: Can not download flash through Segger J-Link Debug with Keil5 IDE

hi all，

my EVM board is MSPM0L1306, At first, i can download the code into the flash and debub with Keil5. but one time I don't know what pin I touched when I used the oscilloscope， may be two pin was shorted.

then i can not download the flash success by Segger J-Link with Keil5 IDE, and UiFlash tool can not download flash too. I guess the flash may be locked.

Keil5 download flash log as following:

could anyone tell me why this happened? and how to solved this problem?

Can you use Uniflash + on board XDS110(LP debugger) to access MSPM0 to make a try again?

The hardware you used maybe the Lab version. How do you get the board? How do you get the SDK also?

The EVM board was got from TI FAE .

And what about SDK, document and other information support? Where did you get these?

If you download these from ti.com in public page, pls contact your FAE to obtain unpublic version.

For earlier lab version, it use unpublic version SDK, document and specified version software.
