load program 可以浏览到其他 工程的.out文件。reload program直接加载上次加载的工程。
至于观察窗的数据，应该需要Reset cpu 》 restart。还有注意观察窗的变量是放在RAM中的，如果你程序没有给初始值的话，你们reset后它仍在保持为之前的状态值。

load program是指需要你通过找到路径下的.out文件 然后添加进来加载
reload program就是指你已经指定路径了 不需要你重新选择了
将会按照上次的路径加载.out

需要先使能它旁边那个时钟形的按钮
另外我测试了一下，在RUN状态下，Expressions中观察变量实时变化，CCS5.5可以不用使能上面所说的，直接选定continuous refresh就可以了
