请问 Full-Speed/Low-Speed是否可以自行切换，以及D+/D-同时接上1.5k电阻，在不同模式下是否有影响？

同时接上1.5Kohm的话，那么既不工作在full speed模式，也不工作在low speed模式。不能自行切换。

如果您需要两种工作模式进行切换，可以考虑使用加一个开关，某个时刻只选通一路接通上拉电阻。
