Please recommend a suitable USB redriver or multiplexer

Hello, our board block diagram is like this, do we need to put a USB redirver on the main control board? If necessary, please recommend a model.

No devices are allowed on the backplane.

We have 2 USB host and 1 USB device，Please also help to recommend a USB multiplexer.
