TI中文支持网当前的配置和状态是这样的：
1、配置03寄存器，配置BIT2为1，即使能TCHEN，使能风扇转速统计
2、配置转速门限，即0x49_0x48寄存器的值为500
3、统计到转速的值，即0x47_0x46寄存器的值为4000多
4、读取02告警寄存器，bit0的值为1，即有Tach Alarm（该bit描述：When this bit is a 1, the Tachometer count is higher than the Tachometer Limit
(the RPM of the fan is less than the minimum desired RPM), and an ALERT is triggered）
5、16H寄存器的alert mask，TCHAM的值为0，使能该告警(该bit描述：When this bit is a 0, a Tach Alarm event will generate an ALERT.)
综合以上信息来看，有alert告警了，也使能告警触发alert，但是量器件的alert管脚，始终为高电平的状态；修改转速门限大于转速，告警消失，但是alert管脚的电平始终不变。哪位用过这个器件，是什么原因？谢谢
