Which VLIB version are you using？From V2.2 Readme file, the PC version not working is the known issue.
Known Issues:1. 64x versions of VLIB_updateEWRMeanS32, VLIB_updateEWRVarianceS32, VLIB_subtractBackgroundS32,VLIB_mixtureOfGaussiansS32 and VLIB_testCannyEdgeDetector functions are not available currently.2. PC version may not work due to version conflicts of the compiler used. In that case, please use the .obj files included in the \library\host\obj folder.
