我遇到过类似的问题，首先你看看ccxml文件中的仿真器型号是否跟使用的仿真器一致，如果还出错，将仿真器断电再上电，重新下载程序，多试几次。

你好，仿真器型号是选对的，之前芯片是能用的，不知怎么就仿真不了，但是单仿真器测试连接可以成功，就是程序下不进去。还有你最后试了很多次板子可以用吗？？

你好，仿真器型号是c2000V2，之前芯片是能用的，不知怎么就仿真不了，但是单仿真器测试连接可以成功，就是程序下不进去。

不知道是不是我之前在线调试时，很多次碰到数据线，导致电源不稳定，然后导致芯片锁住了不能用了，有没有这种可能？？

下载时确保电源稳定，再试下。
在擦除烧写过程中，芯片若受干扰导致供电中断、时钟不稳定等情况会导致芯片锁死。
