msp430f5529 开发板用usb-2-mdio tool 读写寄存器出来的波形不对

我在msp430f5529开发板上用ti官网下载的usb-2-mdio tool进行寄存器读写，如果选择extended register 为no的话，用示波器看到的mdc和mdio波形没问题，但是选择extended register 为yes时，看到的波形就有问题，通过示波器看到ST和OP位总是01，但是写操作时应该是00 和00，读操作时应该是00和01，除了这个问题我看到在TA位和addr/data/位之间有额外的32位数据，我的电脑是usb3.0的，难道这个板子只支持usb2.0？有谁遇到过同样的问题吗？
