Junction temp confirmation

Please help check the following question:

1. TPA3116-Q1 Juntion temp is -40~150degC?

2. TPA3255-Q1 Junction temp is -40~125degC?

3. TPA3223 Juntion temp is 0~125degC?

1，I couldn't find the TPA3116-Q1. If you meant to check the junction temperature of the TPA3116D2-Q1？

I see the temperature in the Spec.

But what i want to confirm if they are wrong in the spec.

Like TPA3255 and TPA3223, the OTE is about 155degC, why TJ max  is 125degC?   

And for TPA3223, the lowest Juntion temp is 0degC not -40degC?

 For all of the device max temperature, please all use OTSD value as max supported junction temperature.

 TPA3223 seems not an automotive part, may not fully support to -40C working.

As I check this device's design target still take -40C as minimum working range.

But it's already not our group's device, let me transfer to other team, to see if they have any further commence.

this should be a typo miss in DS. -40degree should be the correct value.
