CC2642R-Q1: fast power-on and power-off chip does not work

• When the chip(CC2642R-Q1) is powered on and off quickly ,the power supply voltage can not quickly fall to 0V(chip capacitance 22uF)，Resulting in the next power on, the chip can not work (After powering on,all power is normal,program does not run,At this time, reinsert the debugging port burning program, and the chip works normally,the the external crystal （48Mhz +32.768K）does not work) 。

•  Power on and off the chip repeatedly. It is found that: When the chip capacitor voltage is lower than 1V and greater than 0.3V, the chip does not work。
• The chip capacitor is powered down to less than 0.3V, and then it is powered on again, the crystal vibration also works normally, and the chip also runs normally
