CC2652RB: BLE蓝牙连接不稳定,超出5m范围连接就会断开

Part Number:CC2652RB

一款嵌入式产品带有蓝牙连接功能,MCU采用CC2652RB(带BLE功能、RF_P/RF_N管脚)方案,BLE蓝牙Balun电路设计如下图;

PCB Layout布线如下图;

*上述电路设计和PCB Layout设计方案以前均做过P板实机测试过,结果OK,BLE蓝牙连接距离可达25m以上稳定性没问题)

近期试作P板时,为了控制Balun电路阻抗保持在50Ω,PCB工厂对Balun电流走线线宽做了调整[13mil(0.33mm)→4.3mil(0.1mm)],

调整后gerber如下图:可以看出Balun电路的走线比PCB布线时要细

板子做好回来测试,发现配对搜索设备比较困难,即使配上对距离拉倒5m以上时连接就会断开!

由于电路设计方案和PCB Layout设计方案以前均经过实机验证没有问题,此次也没有修改和变更直接沿用,

推测是此次走线线宽调整导致源端和终端阻抗不匹配、导致信号反射发射能量大部分损失在P板走线中,从而造成连接稳定性很差;

由于日程比较紧张来不及重做P板,想请教TI工程师及各位高手:

1.我的推测正确么?

2.这种情况下有什么办法可以补救么?比如调节Balun电路电感或电容参数,具体怎么调整呢?

电路板堆叠如下:*Old_PCB为以前验证OK的板子,New_PCB为本次试作有问题的板子;二者相比,在电路设计、装配的器件参数上完全一致,仅PCB布板和工厂阻抗调整工艺有所不同;

我测试了新/旧P板上组件C30(12pF)处的信号,发现新板的信号幅度小于旧板(如下图所示)。这是否可以表明新板的阻抗失配更严重,损耗大于旧板,导致连接稳定性降低和通信距离缩短?
