· Go to www.ti.com/myregisteredsoftware
· Find your row for TMDSCCS-ALLN01D-v4.0
· Click MANAGE and then click UPGRADE – GET NEW LICENSE
· Click E-mail license – you will receive two (2) emails: Instructions and License File with attachment (.lic)
· You MUST follow these instructions to save this new License File (.lic) before you can use your upgraded version 5.1
What’s new: This release will contain a significant number of improvements over CCSv4, including a simplified user interface, faster debug launch time, Linux support and many other features. For more information on CCSv5 please visit the TI CCS wiki.

没有特殊的原因，现在想一下，应该是我第一次操作过程中已经升级成功了，但是没有显示提示。我又操作UPGRADE 就遇到上述问题。可能是网站数据库同步的问题，隔一段时间就发现已经成功UPGRADE 了。
