the partid for this processor resides in a flash location that is currently locked
enter the flash code security password and press unlock to unlock the flash.

The error message is a typical message when the flash is locked or got locked.
The following reasons could lead to the fact that the clear operation fails:
– The power was not stable and therefore the clearing operation was stopped.
– If you had set a breakpoint during previous debugging, it could happen that the flash APIs stop at this breakpoint and stopping the clearing operation.
Please have a look to the Vcc pin to figure out if there is any instability on this pin.
An other possibility would be to exchange the DSP by another one on your EVM to check if the issue still exists.
