As mentioned from the spec:" In case of reverse voltage pulses such as in ISO specs, the LM74610 turns the MOSFET off. When the MOSFET turns off the voltage seen by the LM74610, Anode to Cathode is – (clamping voltage of TVS- (plus) the output capacitor voltage)", but I don't know which is the  output capacitors.
