TMS320F28335: CCS 和UNIFLASH的异同

请问为什么使用.out文件在uniflash可以正常烧录
但是在CCS中点击debug无法烧录并仿真

在烧录方面确实uniflash会比CCS要方便操作一些，需要设置的项目更少一些。

CCS上烧写的时候芯片连接正常吗？
