我之前能通过批处理文件的方式下载，板子也能正常运行。电脑也能检测出打印口的信息。

以前用CCS3.3的时候也出现过这种问题，你看看是否驱动安装正确了，我当时装了个blackhack驱动就可以了
另外，你仔细查看配套文档，是不是开发套件上的跳线帽或什么小东西没注意装上
