关于C2000-GANG不能正常应用的问题

公司够了了两套C2000-GANG作为现场的下载工具,有一套升级之后能凑合着用,但是只能存储一套镜像文件,不知道为什么,存储第二套提示错误。第二套编程器升级固件之后,直接连不上成了砖头了,请专家帮忙分析原因,为啥弄能的这一套,不能继续存储镜像文件?还有,升级失败,还能否恢复?下面是这个能用的测试文件。请协助分析,多谢!

这个提示是用USB线直连的,得到的提示,上面那个是用串口线连接,得到的提示,提示是不一样的。不知道为什么。

user4226666有一套升级之后能凑合着用,但是只能存储一套镜像文件,不知道为什么,存储第二套提示错误。

请问您是如何升级的?存储第2套显示什么错误?能否截图?

第二套升级成砖头过程:
通过USB线连上设备之后,提示两个固件不一样,是否升级,我点了升级,然后,很快就升级完了,也没有其他提示,过了一段时间,我就吧电源断了,重新上电后,就白屏了,err灯亮。设备管理器能识别。显示MSP-GANG-CDC(com3).软件连不上,不能操作。
第一套存储镜像过程:
电机save to image按钮后,如果通过usb线缆连接的的设备,提示:
Downloading Script Buffer…Verifying Script PSA …Failed
Verifying Image Buffer…Failed
如果通过串口线连接设备,提示:
Downloading Script Buffer…ERROR 301: Communication – Frame has errors !
ERROR 301: Communication – Frame has errors !
都是镜像文件存储不上,但是提示的故障不一样。请帮忙解决,多谢。

你好,我用这个最新的软件连接的时候,提示通过dll升级,因为有一个编程器被我升级坏了,所以。我这次没有选择是,就是没有升级,存储镜像文件的时候,故障是一样的,请问,需要升级吗?

这个版本软件确实能够添加其他的镜像文件,但是通过上位机以及按钮,都会下载失败。上一个版本就可以通过上位机下载软件。软件都有什么区别?
