TI中文支持网使用的CCS9.2.0，控制芯片为28335，使用XDS100V3可以正确连接仿真器。当仿真器换成XDS560V2PLUS时，仿真器连接失败，测试结果如下：

从连接测试里面看不出什么问题。
你的仿真器连接别的芯片/或者在别的CPU及CCS上连接正常吗？
有没有试过用uniflash连接？
