HDC1080加湿条件下不升反降

问下我们现在生产通过吹气或加湿器加湿HDC1080传感器出现湿度值不升反降，会不会是热风回流焊造成的不良，用热风回流焊会有什么问题呢，为何要用红外回流焊呢？
