TI中文支持网我公司刚在Ti网站上购买了IWR6843的评估板，每次上电基本上无法启动，根据手册“mmWaveICBoost and Antenna Module.pdf”提示中再按大板子上的SW2(RESET按键），无论长按或短按主板都无法启动，难得有时候按RESET键主板会启动，是否我们购买的评估板有质量问题，我们到哪里去验证这块评估板？能为我公司安排售后吗？

评估板刚拿到手内部已安装SDK 3.0.0.6，发现上述故障，随后启动后我们又安装SDK 3.0.0.8，故障依旧，我们如何为客户演示？在文章“mmWaveICBoost and Antenna Module.pdf”中提示：
3.1.1 Power connectionsThe Industrial Starter Kit is powered by the 3.3V from the 60-pin HD connectors. As soon as the power issupplied, on board PMIC and LDO will generate the voltages. PGOOD LED will glow indicating all voltagerails are in limitsNOTE: After the 3.3 V supply is provided to the EVM, it is recommended that NRST signal to betoggled once to ensure a reliable boot-up state and this signal is accessible on 60-pin HDconnector。这是否说明主板上电经常会无法启动，但是按RESET键也经常无法启动，这是主芯片问题吗？
