Green Deng：根据报错信息，比较有可能的是JTAG出现问题。建议有条件的话，可以与正常JTAG的几个引脚信号进行对比，看是否信号是否相同。同时交换一下JTAG使用。同时注意target configuration是否配置正确。

确定一下 你下载程序后某些管脚的状态改变给硬件电路带来状态改变
或者某一些IO口状态出现变化导致下载不了建议将已下载代码的板子和未下载代码的板子进行特殊管脚的对比测试
