关于battery management studio的问题

我想问下我怎么才能找到bq24196这个芯片呢？因为我在一般版本和测试版本中都没有找到该芯片，只在一般版本中找到了bq24296M，

至于更新包下载哪个？我已经下载了更新包：sluc564dl，并没有什么用！
