XDS510下载程序出错

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -171 @ 0x0)
The wrong controller address value has been used.
A controller cannot be detected even though the
selected port does match the hardware configuration.
(Emulation package 5.1.232.0)

第一次连接板子时可以下载，板子断电再连出现上面的错误信息。

请问你用的是CCS什么版本，可以尝试关掉CCS，重启CCS，以及仿真器和电源都重新上电试试。

另外，芯片是否加密。加密也有可能导致连接不上。

除了上面这些，那就要检查一下硬件的问题，看一下JTAG线是否过长，还有芯片供电是否稳定。

是不是带电插拔了JTAG牛角座端 

最好不要带电插拔    插拔会损坏MCU导致连接不上 

多试几次吧    调试DSP最常见的就是JTAG链路问题
