I need to enlarge 1MHz signal，and G=100. What kind of operational amplifier is suit for me？（Voltage negative feedback amplifying circuit）

Hi， 1MHz signal,G=100, so the GBW is at least 100Mhz. As we don't know what other electric characters are,for example, power supply range, Vos, input noise.etc, below link are the results of low noise,1000M<GBW<100M, one channel amplifiers. You could select it according to your detailed need:
