调试过程中程序停止，重新debugCCS报错，重启软件后可以正常使用

我选用的是C6747芯片，设备在调试过程中，我用万用表测量信号，偶尔会出现程序跑飞的情况，停止运行，Console栏提示：

C674X_0: Power Failure on Target CPU 
C674X_0: Failed to remove the debug state from the target before disconnecting. There may still be breakpoint op-codes embedded in program memory. It is recommended that you reset the emulator before you connect and reload your program before you continue debugging

再次debug程序，会出现下面的提示：

每次出现这种情况，再次重启软件就可以正常运行。

是万用表测试信号会给DSP内部带来什么干扰吗，DSP自动保护？而且每次重启软件就可以正常运行了。不知道这是为什么，请给点建议，谢谢。

不知你测量的什么信号？最好用示波器观察一下信号，看看信号的波形
