DSP C6747连不上JTAG

您好！

        我所用的仿真器是XDS100V2 USB Emulator，当在CCS5.3的环境下，进行仿真时，会出现如下错误：IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -154 @ 0x0) One of the FTDI driver functions used to write data returned bad status or an error. (Emulation package 5.0.872.0) 

    但在CCS4.1.12的环境中进行仿真时，就不报错，并且能够连上JTAG，请问问题出现在什么地方呢？
