ccs5.5 连接不上仿真器

开发环境是ccs5.5，仿真器用的合众达的SEED-XDS560PLUS，开发板合众达DEC6713。

target configuration里面 launch selected configuration之后过了一段时间显示错误如下：

TMS320C671X: Error initializing emulator: (Error -2083 @ 0x0) Unable to communicate with the emulator. Confirm emulator configuration and connections, reset the emulator, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.1.232.0)

已经被这个问题折腾了一下午，请求高人指点。
