自己做的板子，CPU为DSP-TMS320C6655，使用CCS6.3开发工具，无法DEBUG

 提示错误为(Error -1143 @ 0x0) Device core was hung. The debugger has forced the device to a ready state and recovered debug control, but your application's state is now corrupt. You should have limited access to memory and registers, but you may need to reset the device to debug further (Emulation package 6.0.407.3)，输入时钟50M，电源、正常。复位由FPGA控制，无法进入DEBUG。下图中，4,8,10,12已经接地了，9,11短接。boot是从EMIF引导。但是Flash目前没做任何操作

测一下JTAG信号是否正确？试试把bootmode管脚设成0000，no boot模式。
