C6455的EDMA3传输问题

在C6455的“TMS320C645x DSP Enhanced DMA (EDMA3) Controller User's Guide”的最后一个例程把一个16k大数据打断成16个1k的小数据来传输,为什么只能传输8K的数据,请各位前辈帮我看看程序:
