C6657通过仿真器核0跑不下载程序，核1可以下载程序，什么原因？

我用固定电源个CVDD供电1.1V，仿真器能连接上，也能load例程，但是只能在核1上下载程序，不能在核0上下载程序，不知道为什么？几个板子现象一样，不知道什么原因导致的，可有大神帮忙分析一下。

前面我描述的问题不对，不是跑程序，是下载程序，核1上能下载程序，核0上下载不了

另外我想请问一下C66xx_0: File Loader: Verification failed: Target failed to read 0x0C000000这个地址不是不能下载？
