请教F28035烧写程序问题

以下红色部分出现错误,我看了一个帖http://bbs.21ic.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1639568&_dsign=cd42dcce说是烧写程序顺序错了以后,换个新的芯片就可以了,但是我是买TMSSOLARPEXPKIT开发板套件的,想烧进28035控制卡(下图),所以没有条件换,这种套件是不用仿真器就可以直接连上烧进去的?

非常感谢您的回答。请问是第一张图的主板上的链接M7的J4吗?

还有就是M7原理图上也有一个M7-J4这个也要跳帽链接吗?(我用万用表测电压时候M7-J4这两个脚的电压差不多都是相等的3.3v)
