仿真的时候出错怎么办 啊？

仿真器链接不上板子，首先要考虑到CCS软件问题，即CCS仿真驱动是否有问题。其次是targetconfiguration配置，最后是板子以及仿真器硬件问题。可以做点交叉实验。另外c2000的问题，建议到C2000版块问问。
