Fusion Digital Power Studio报错问题

在使用Fusion Digital Power Studio，版本3.0.30或者3.0.28调试UCD3138时，每次装好软件，第一次可以连接上开发板，但是退出GUI，第二次重新连接时就会报错，如图。之后，卸载GUI重新安装，还是一样的问题：第一次可以连接，然后就报错，再也无法连接上。（1、offline模式也会报错2、换了电脑也是一样的问题）

请问这是什么问题，能够怎么解决。谢谢！

There were no command line options passed to the DPGUI Tool Launcher that were understood. Pass –help option to see a complete list of available options.
报错之后打开软件还会提示这种错误，无命令行什么鬼？是不是这款TI的软件被限制使用了？

没有解决，就是多卸载重新装几次就好了……
