f28377d的JTAG口仿真器连接时好时不好

   最近遇到一个问题，需要求助大家。

    f28377d最小系统板是自己做的，仿真器是xds100v3，CCS6.1，JTAG电路参考Ti的， 仿真器连接DSP有时会连接不上，错误提示有以下3种

1：

IcePick_C_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -233 @ 0x0) The JTAG IR and DR scan-paths cannot circulate bits, they may be broken. An attempt to scan the JTAG scan-path has failed. The target's JTAG scan-path appears to be broken with a stuck-at-ones or stuck-at-zero fault. (Emulation package 6.0.14.5)

我把上图中的R66电阻去掉了，你可以试试。（芯片的119引脚）
