cc2640R2F的ROM中有没有固化了一些外设的库，看到BIM的工程中，使用了一些API函数，但是并没有找到函数的原型，而且工程中也没有增加什么库。

The ROM contains a serial bootloader with SPI and UART support (see Chapter 8) as well as a Driver Library and an RF stack support.
