问题描述：
原先simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_2_30_00_28的rfPacketTx项目可以点击debug按钮进行调试，但是采用simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_20_00_21的rfPacketTx项目点击debug按钮，立即报以下错误：

SDK升级以后，你的CCS版本升级没有？请按照release note的要求更新CCS版本
SDK从原先的simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_2_30_00_28换成simplelink_cc2640r2_sdk_3_20_00_21调试同一项目报错了
