你看看设备管理下是否识别到仿真器 然后检查板卡电压 clkout是否有输出

用好的仿真器试了一下，问题依旧。f28335 XCLKOUT有12.5M信号输出（XCLKIN输入100M）。
VDD 1.8V和VDDIO 3.3V电压正常。
