CCS怎么查CC1310或者CC1312的死机问题？

不知道死在哪里，只知道死的时候CCS会报一大堆

不是烧录问题，烧录是正常的，是CCS用XDS100仿真器调试时出现crash，但不知道死在哪儿
想知道有什么办法可以分析
