修改CCS的设置
Project Properties->CCS General->RTSC, under Products and Repositories 选择2.16.1.14 version of TI_RTOS

已经解决了，虽然还是找不到原因。。。在Project Properties->CCS General->RTSC路径下，有些unknown device，把他们前面的钩去掉就可以了。
