This AFE is ASILD integrity, when we do the 48V/12V BMS ASILC/ASILD function design for voltage/current/temperature sampling, Is it necessary to use redundant AFEs ? If the independent AFEs can ensure the redundant design and diagnosis of voltage/current/temperature sampling(compliance to ISO26262-5:2018 Appendix D table D.9)?
