We have received two separate lots of the OPA2277U (SOIC-8, orderable device OPA2277U/2K5) and performed X-ray inspection on both. The images reveal a noticeable difference in the appearance of the silicon die inside the packages.
Could you please confirm whether both lots are still valid OPA2277U devices?
If a die revision or any other material change has been implemented, kindly provide us with the corresponding PCN (Product / Process Change Notification) or any official documentation that describes the modification.

For your reference, the devices are marked “OPA 2277U” and appear to be from different date/lot codes (exact codes can be supplied if required).
