AM2612: some GPIOs output high level after boot up with nor flash

some GPIOs output high level after boot up with nor flash.

After booting, some GPIOs will output high levels. But we did not set these pins in the code to output high levels. And these GPIOs output high levels are after nor flash content is loaded into the ram.

In the figure, the blue one is the output from the GPIO and the yellow one is the cs of nor flash.
