The LM3478 PSpice model, which is available on the product page, should come with a default Boost testbench.Can you try to run the default testbench and see if it works fine? This is to make sure there is no problem with the PSpice version.
Based from there, you can modify the circuit to match the design requirements. If the error persists, you may also try to use ideal components for diode and MOSFET, as these components may cause trouble when it comes to convergence.The next step would be to adjust the step size in the simulation settings as mentioned in the command box error.
