PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE-FOR-TI卸载后无法重装问题

您好，很高兴认识您，昨晚我的PSPICE软件出了些问题，有些示意图显示不出来，我就卸载掉重新装，结果怎么装都装不上了,都是到最后这一步显示许可证下载不了,如图一直会在Installing: Configuring Library界面卡很久然后报错，换了邮箱重新注册TI重新下载软件还是不行，把之前卸载剩余的文件和注册表删掉也没用，请问这要怎么解决呢
