如题，下图为我的电路设计图。我想使用LSF0108进行1.8v（a侧）到3.3v（b侧）的转换，但当我使用示波器测量时，b侧电压仍保持1.8v。请大家帮我看看电路或者器件使用有什么问题吗？
As the subject, the following is my circuit design drawing. I wanted to convert 1.8v (A side) to 3.3v (B side) with the LSF0108, but when I measured with an oscilloscope, the B-side voltage remained at 1.8v. Please help me see if there is any problem with the use of circuits or devices?

如果需要从低侧向高侧单向传输数据，高侧需要上拉电阻。上拉电阻大小参见9.2.1.2.2 Pull-Up Resistor Sizing。
