BQ34Z100: VCC脚是哪个脚？

BQ34Z100的数据手册中多次提到了VCC

在6.1中，VCC的supply voltage range是 -0.3V~2.75V.

在10.1.3 Capacitors 中也提到VCC脚。

Power supply decoupling for the gas gauges requires a pair of 0.1-µF ceramic capacitors for (BAT) and (VCC)pins. 

但是 引脚定义图中，并没有VCC脚。

VCC脚是不是就是7脚REG25脚？

Q: There are references to 'VCC' in the data sheet but VCC is not defined anywhere. In Redommended Operating Conditions table it says SDA, SCL, and HDQ are pulled up to VCC. The Absolute Maximum Ratings table says VCC value is -0.3 to 2.75 volts. So how is VCC defined? (REGIN? REG25?)?
