BQ24401: EARLY STOP FAST CHARGE

HELLO,

Vin=28.5V, NIMH  cell=20  1.2V/cell

R=75K,C=220nF, MTO=9.88h

In fact,about 4hours later, LED is off, fast charge is stopping .

Why?
