SN74HC165: 关于SN74HC165DR芯片丝印问题

前阵子公司有400PCS 的SN74HC165DR用量,从现货商手里拿到的货,贴片过后,发现该芯片功能异常,经对比,该次从现货商手里拿到的芯片丝印与以往从立创商城购买的SN74HC165丝印完全不一样。向现货商反馈,现货商给出的答案是产品批次问题。于是通过示波器抓取波形分析,发现该芯片与NXP的74HC165D,653逻辑一样。TI的165并行数据载入后需要8个CLK,NXP并行数据载入后只需要Hearts个CLK,而现货商提供的165驱动逻辑和NXP一样。所以怀疑是国产芯厂抄袭NXP内核后封装胡乱贴上各大厂商标,冒充进口。

A while ago, the subsidiary had a usage of 400PCS of SN74HC165DR. After receiving the IC from the spot merchant, it was found that the chip had abnormal functions after SMT. After comparison, the chip screen printing obtained from the spot merchant was completely different from the SN74HC165 screen printing purchased from the Lichuang Mall in the past. Feedback to spot traders, the answer given by spot traders is about product batch issues. So, by analyzing the waveform captured by an oscilloscope, it was found that the chip had the same logic as NXP's 74HC165D,653. TI's 165 parallel data requires 8 CLKs after loading parallel data, while NXP only requires 7 CLKs after loading parallel data. The 165 driver logic provided by the spot vendor is the same as NXP. So it is suspected that domestic chip manufacturers have plagiarized the NXP core and randomly pasted trademarks of major manufacturers after packaging, impersonating imports.
