BQ76952: 无法通过负载检测移除SCDL和OCDL保护。

Hi Team:

我的负载检测功能似乎有点问题。

1、MOS启用的是串联模式。

2、短路锁存保护和过流锁存保护可以正常触发,也通过接入充电器检测到充电电流后解除保护。

3、 如此配置后,在Registers界面无法看到LD_ON标志位置起。

且LD Pin Voltage电压并未升高。已明确LD外部电阻有20kΩ,且未接负载。

4、通过使 Load Detect -> Active Time 寄存器的值等于0 来禁止负载检测后,可以通过 Commands LOAD_DETECT_ON 开启负载检测,同时可以看到LD_ON标志位置起,且LD Pin Voltage引脚电压升高至接近BAT+电压。(我的意思是依靠此功能能确保我外部电路确实没问题。)

您理解的正确,当 OCDL/SCDL 触发时,LD 电流源不会打开。我已尝试过使用x009D LOAD_DETECT_RESTART() 子命令来查看 LD 源打开,且使用子命令可以正常打开。

如果我理解没错的话,只要发生SCDL或OCDL故障,且DSG FET关闭的时候,就可以将器件配置为检测到负载移除后恢复。

配置的Retry Delay = 0、Active Time = 15。理论上LD_ON会一直使能,但未检测到。

我禁用了SLEEP模式,AFE无法进入SLEEP状态。

有趣的是我在第三次测试中发现LD_ON使能了,但BQ76952并未清除OCDL保护。(USERV = 10mV)

BAT 和 LD 之间有电流源。电流从BAT流向LD引脚,电流源电流在数据表中:

如果连接有负载,LD 电压将保持相当低的水平。如果没有连接负载,LD 引脚上的电压将接近 BAT 电压。
